The Peak Award Notification forms have been updated.
The main change is now the ability to electronically complete the form and email it back.
They have also been updated with new branding and removal of the “Pioneers” mark and the “DRAFT” watermark.
The forms can be found under the Peak Awards tab, on the Achievement Pathways page.
