Yes. The Unit Council (which includes adult Leaders) and the specific activity organiser can open the activity up in their Programming view, and then click the ‘cancel activity’ or ‘edit activity’ button.
Clicking ‘cancel activity’ removes the activity entirely from the program cycle.
