Can a Unit Council provide a reason or comment on a youth member’s submission if they feel it needs to be improved?

The Unit Council can choose to approve a submission or nominate it for improvement.

The Unit Council are encouraged to provide this feedback in person, and discuss the submission with the youth member before marking a submission for improvement.
