Can I create an acitivity for a team and then add team members?

When you’re creating an activity using the Programming functionality in Scouts | Terrain, you can choose to create an activity for a Group, Unit, Patrol or Project Patrol.

If you choose Project Patrol, you can enter membership numbers from any members in Scouts Australia and add them to your team for the activity. Only members of the Project Patrol at it’s creation will see the activity.

If you choose Unit, all members of the Unit will see the activity, even if they were added after it’s creation.

If you’re creating a Special Interest Area project, and want to nominate who’s in your supporting team – this is a free text entry box.

Only you and the Unit Council (and anyone you show your project to) can see what you put in here.
