Joey Scouts & Rover Scouts have access to the same functionality here, but the expectations are very different.
We anticipate that the actual interactions with the system will be managed very differently for each section in terms of the roles that youth and adult Leaders play. Remember that adult Leaders are also members of the Unit Council!
