Scouts | Terrain is a highly functional tool, targeted at personal progression and programming. This means that essentially, it’s only designed to update Program information. When you sign in for the first time, you enter your email, which is used for support and password resets.
Roles within a Group (such as Unit Leader, Patrol Leader. being involved in a Unit, etc) can be tracked through the system too, but it’s critical that tracking these roles in Scouts | Terrain doesn’t replace any Branch Membership System process.
Other information is fed into Scouts | Terrain from Branch Membership Systems through Members Admin.
