There are some easy features that help you here.
Firstly – the legend button above the programming calendar will show you which activities in the calendar you can see are Patrol, Project Patrol, Unit, or Group activities.
– Patrol activities are visible to all Patrol members.
– Project Patrol activities are visible to all Project Patrol members.
– Unit activities are visible to all members of that Unit.
– Group activities are visible to all members of that Group.
If you’re involved in multiple Units, use the Profile Switcher in the top right of your screen to switch which Unit or Group you’re looking at currently. Switching to different roles, Units or Groups (if relevant) will display the activites relevant to that profile.
Activities can also be shared individually with other Patrols, Units and Groups.
