So far, all file types we have tested have worked, with a current limit of 125mb per file.
There are heaps of places within the system where you can upload or attach files. Look for a little paperclip in the system & the words ‘upload file’ (or similar) next to it.
If you’re using a mobile device, you can actually open straight to the camera and snap a picture or video!
If you’re using a desktop or laptop, then the attach file function will open into your file explorer for you to choose a file.
