It takes two people from the Unit Council to mark an item as approved or in need of improvement.
Each member of the Unit Council can click the ‘approve’ or ‘improve’ button once. If you’re the first person on the Unit Council to approve or improve an item, it will stay in the Approvals list. If you’re the second person to approve or improve an item, it will move to the History view.
Once an item has been approved (or sent back for improvement), all relevant Unit Council members are listed in the Approvals – History view.
Please Note:This site is for the use of Scouts and Leaders who are implementing the Scouts Australia new youth program. It is not relevant to members who are still operating on the old program.
