Log in to Scouts | Terrain and visit the members view. From this page, you should click on ‘Units’ or just simply click on your Unit listed.
In the Unit table, one of the table headings is ‘Unit Council’, which has a check box for every member. If this check box is filled in, then this person is a member of the Unit Council.
To add someone to the Unit Council, simply make sure that this check box is ticked.
They’ll be added to the Unit Council of the Unit they belong to. When you move Units, this box is automatically un-ticked.
Adult Leaders, Patrol Leaders and the Unit Leader should form part of the Unit Council. Some Units also include their Assistant Patrol Leaders. It’s up to you!
